DayBreak

What is Daybreak?
Daybreak is your community resource for adult day services, sometimes referred to as adult day care. Designed for individuals needing assistance in daily living activities or companionship, the purpose of Daybreak is to enable individuals to continue living at home as long as possible, thus postponing unnecessary entrance into nursing homes.

Daybreak is located in a beautiful home on Woodland Avenue in Michigan City. Special populations have been served for over thirty years by Michiana Resources. Daybreak is a place where participants are treated with dignity and respect in a safe, supportive, home-like environment. Our staff provides individualized programming based on personal capabilities, interests, and needs. Ongoing supervision of the participant’s health status is provided.
