Custodial Services

Custodial Services began in 1985 by providing quality contracted services to the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore. Services include dusting, buffing, waxing, vacuuming, window washing and carpet cleaning.

Currently we service several businesses in LaPorte and Porter Counties. Including offices, factories and the I-94 Welcome Center. Our team of trained supervisors and custodians will assess your needs, provide a free quotation, and design a plan to successfully meet your specific requirements.

In 1997, we started a Vending Program at West Beach. This includes pop and various snack items, along with beach items.

Currently we have several positions open for general Custodians, the hours vary and are part time. Apply in person Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm at Michiana Resources, Inc.
